This is a 10 page paper booklet from Rosewood Manor, designed by Karen Kluba, featuring the sampler on the cover, Tickled Pink Sampler. The scheme is split and enlarged, so that each segment is easy on the eyes. 

Karen's style is refined, which you can witness in fine flowers and filigree trellis of leaves spilling from the vase. It creates gentle, lacey effect and elevates the whole piece to a higher level of needlework. A perfectly vintage look is achieved by hand-dyed linen and threads

 Fabric required: Picture this Plus, Color Nessie, Hand - dyed Linen, 28 count.

Design is 167 x 268 stitches. So, if stitched on 28 count linen, the finished size will be 11.93" x 19.14". You'll have to add 2-3" to each side for framing, therefore, 17.93" x 25.14" fabric cut will be required.
